The Ripserver from Ripfactory combines several music-lover's tasks into one easy container: a NAS device (Network Attached Storage) combined with an integrated slot-loading CD ripping engine, powered by Linux. It's an easy way to rip your music -- simply insert the disk and the Ripserver does all the work for you, and when it's done out pops your CD for archive and safekeeping. With integrated RAID 1 protected storage, your data is safe and the NAS component makes it readily available and shareable across your network at gigabit speeds with no fuss!
Available in 500GB ($849) and 1TB ($995) capacities, the Ripfactory Ripserver will be able to handle your storage needs for a good long time to come. The integrated media server can also leverage additional storage connected via USB ports for additional storage or backup needs.
